My experience with Sid Dillon (Crete) was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! The words honest, professional, and accommodating wouldn't do them justice! I traveled via air from North Carolina on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle and what could go wrong did go wrong with my flight. Although, I didn't make it to the dealership during normal business hours Dan and his team went above and beyond to close the deal that day! If you buy a used vehicle here they don't disclose any issues that they found they just clear all codes and sell it. I wasn't very pleased when I found out it needed a new catalytic converter two days after I bought it

I have been using Sid Dillon Ford services for a few years now. They are reasonably priced, do good work, and are willing to answer any questions I might have. We were told the vehicle would be fully detailed before we left. They did a terrible job. All they did was a quick vacuum job and sprayed on ArmorAll. I spent 2 hours cleaning and vacuuming once we got the vehicle home.

Great dealership service department. Being Autistic this has been stressful. Everyone here has been very kind and understanding.
I broke down 20 miles from dealership and 1200 miles from home. I had travel trailer with me.
They squeezed me in the schedule so I could get worked seeing as I was just passing through and they let me stay in there parking lot with my trailer and also they let me get water so I could shower and cook.

My 2013 F-150 ecoboost was running rough so I took it in to Sid Dillon Ford to have some work done to it. Patrick was extremely knowledgable about the issues I was describing and recommended that we replace the spark plugs and check the valves for carbon build up. I have purchased a car from this location and I am now on my 2nd lease. Adam is very helpful and the garage fixes any issues that may come up. I hit a nail recently and they patched up my tire for free. Would highly recommend speaking with ADAM about any new purchases or leases. He is very friendly but also makes you comfortable. I had my car serviced, oil change and a passenger side brake light fixed. I also had to renew my extended warranty and Forrest that helped me was very nice and got it all figured out for me. Then I had a salesman program my phone into Bluetooth as I got a new phone and I wasn't able to access Bluetooth with this phone. I had excellent service!!!

Sid Dillon is the only dealership left on the Unoted States that can still sell both Chevy and Ford products. An anachronism left over from the original days. We came to Crete 23 years ago. Wanting to support out small town, we tried to do business with them. But could get nowhere. With a change in management done time ago, all that changed. I would recommend Adam Raun to work with. Overall it was a decent experience. There was some miscommunication that I was not satisfied with. I am not a fan of having to work with multiple people on a price. Adam worked hard to find me my vehicle and answered all of my questions. He also did a follow up which I appreciated.
